Lisa Folts Named Director of Business Development at Spark Branded Solutions
Folts has experience at Top 40 industry companies, and is a past winner of PCNA’s Salesperson of the Year award.
Lisa Folts was Top 40 supplier PCNA’s (asi/66887) Salesperson of the Year for 2021, and she’s scored sales success at other Top 40 firms on both the supplier and distributor side of the industry aisle.
Now, Folts is starting her 27th year in the promotional products business in a new role, taking on the leadership position of director of business development at Spark Branded Solutions, a Tennessee-based distributorship.
In a LinkedIn post, Folts said the fact that Spark is a “WBENC-certified business, in addition to their comprehensive service offerings, was important to me when choosing a partner. I’m excited to collaboratively work with the team to build a client base using the resources of our agency, contributing significantly to enhancing company brands.”
Spark CEO/owner Chelsea Williams founded the firm in 2022 following time with distributors that include Top 40 firm ePromos Promotional Products (asi/188515), Blink Marketing (asi/141424) and Imagination Branding. Williams believes bringing Folts aboard is a big win for the growing firm.
“I am beyond excited that Lisa chose Spark, and I know she will bring a tremendous amount of energy and experience that will help us reach new heights,” Williams said. “2024 is off to a great start.”
Folts began her promo career in 1997 as a customer service rep at Top 40 supplier Vantage Apparel (asi/93390), before ultimately rising to regional sales representative. After Vantage, Folts’ promo career included time as senior account manager with Top 40 supplier Koozie Group (asi/40480) when it was still called BIC Graphic North America, as well as field sales manager with PCNA and enterprise business manager with ePromos.
“Lisa loves focusing on the meaning behind each client’s brand and enjoys helping them tell their brand’s story through thoughtfully chosen merchandise that’s both creative and strategic,” Spark said in a statement. “She brings an enormous value to the team.”
