The Bright Side: SnugZ USA Donates Over $100K to Wounded Warrior Project

For years, the Top 40 supplier has made annual donations to the nonprofit that helps U.S. military veterans.

The Wounded Warrior Project’s (WWP) mission is to help U.S. military veterans and members in need.

A generous donation from Top 40 supplier SnugZ USA (asi/88060) will help power that noble effort.

The West Jordan, UT-based promotional products company recently presented Wounded Warrior Project with a check for $107,329. SnugZ raised the money by dedicating 1% of annual 2023 sales from its Basecamp collection to the nonprofit organization.

“The support we receive from SnugZ helps fuel Wounded Warrior Project’s life-changing programs and services for veterans and their families,” said Brea Kratzert Todd, WWP vice president of business development. “We’re grateful for their consistent generosity. Together, we ensure no warrior, caregiver or family member ever feels alone.”

SnugZ has been partnered with WWP for years. SnugZ donates a minimum of $100,000 to Wounded Warrior Project annually. The company told ASI Media that since 2021 it has given $600,919 to WWP in both check/money donations and in-kind/product donations.

“We are so proud to be a part of the Wounded Warrior Project family and to provide continuing support to an organization that means so much to us,” said Brittany David, chief revenue officer at SnugZ and a member of Counselor’s Power 50 list of promo’s most influential people.

David continued: “We also love that it continues to give an opportunity for our industry to give back to those who desperately need it, and we want to thank our distributor partners who make all of this possible.”

Based on reported 2022 North American promotional product revenue of $113 million, SnugZ USA ranked 15th on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest suppliers in the industry.

Founded in 1989, the company currently employs more than 1,000 people and specializes in the manufacture and sale of lanyards, health/beauty products, drinkware and corporate gifts. The firm’s Basecamp collection includes items like drinkware, backpacks and tools.

WWP serves veterans and service members who served in the military on or after September 11, 2001, and incurred a physical or mental injury, illness or wound during or after service. The organization provides programs in mental health, career counseling and long-term rehabilitative care. It also engages in advocacy on behalf of warriors and their families.
