Taylor Corporation Subsidiary Acquires Wholesale Trade Printer
Taylor Corp. owns multiple firms in promo, including Top 40 entities.
Taylor Corporation, parent company of multiple promo products industry firms including some in the Top 40, has brought another business under its umbrella.
Wilmer, an Ohio-based firm that’s part of Navitor (asi/81500), which is itself a subsidiary of Taylor Corporation, has acquired certain assets of Printco Incorporated.
Headquartered in Omro, WI, Printco is a wholesale trade printer known for medical prescription forms, business forms, envelopes, mailers and other printed materials. Wilmer offers similar products, along with packaging, software-compatible checks and forms, cardstock tags and more.
“We’re excited to welcome Printco’s many loyal distributors to the Wilmer family,” said Joel Wynne, sales and marketing director for Wilmer. “Printco’s product line overlaps perfectly with Wilmer’s, so it’s an ideal fit.”
Certain team members from Printco are joining Wilmer.
“For 65 years, Printco has taken great pride in providing exceptional service and products,” said Phil Sperling, owner and president of Printco Incorporated. “I couldn’t be happier with Wilmer as a business partner. Printco’s entrepreneurial spirit and focus on dealer service will live on at Wilmer.”
Navitor, Inc. and its subsidiaries specialize in wholesale personalized printing. In January 2023, FolderWorks (asi/54908), a supplier that’s part of Navitor, acquired fellow supplier Epoly Corporation (asi/52541).
A global graphic communications company, Taylor Corporation is headquartered in North Mankato, MN. It employs more than 10,000 people and has operations spanning 32 U.S. states and eight countries.
Taylor Corporation is the parent firm of Top 40 distributor Taylor Promotional Products (asi/333647), Top 40 supplier ADG Promotional Products (asi/97270), and Amsterdam Printing (asi/121500), among many others.
