Stahls’ Launches Fulfill Engine Software

The heat printing technology supplier acquired the all-in-one print shop solution last fall.

Stahls’ (asi/88984) has officially launched Fulfill Engine software, its all-in-one print shop solution designed to streamline print-on-demand and bulk fulfillment for apparel decorating businesses of all sizes.

The St. Clair Shores, MI-based supplier of heat printing technology and heat transfers acquired Fulfill Engine last fall, saying at the time that partnership would allow it to offer a platform that vertically integrates different facets of apparel customization.

“Stahls’ is committed to providing cutting-edge solutions to the apparel customization industry,” said Carleen Gray, CEO and a member of Counselor’s Power 50 list of promo’s most influential people. “With Fulfill Engine, we are now poised to simplify and optimize every step of the process, delivering unprecedented efficiency and scalability to our valued customers.”

The Fulfill Engine platform, Stahls’ said, simplifies everything from pricing and quoting to sourcing blank goods, managing multiple decoration methods, staging orders and shipping. The software will help transform how companies produce custom apparel orders by ensuring greater efficiency, accuracy and customer satisfaction, according to Stahls’. Decorators using Fulfill Engine have access to a range of tools, including scan-to-print production tracking, automated direct-to-film (DTF) heat transfer ordering, unlimited white-label webstores, integrated quality checks and more. It streamlines sourcing, contracting and manufacturing management for businesses that focus on online sales.

Apparel decorators are already singing the praises of Stahls’ new offering. “Prior to working with Fulfill Engine, we found ourselves meeting roadblocks in scalability due to the manual steps required,” said Blake Burroughs, founder of Topshelf Printers in Greeley, CO. “Moving to the platform, we have increased our output, decreased our error rate and increased our scalability tremendously.”

The software, he added, will help his company both meet clients’ needs and continue to scale.
