Taco Bell Goes Back To School with New Merch Line
It’s the latest thematic branded merchandise collection from the fast-food chain.
Campus wear just got a little spicier.
Taco Bell, the Tex-Mex fast-food chain, just debuted a new autumn collection of promotional products with a definitive “Back to School” theme.
The approximately 20 items include sauce packet-themed pencils and scroll pens, a Taco Bell “cravings” pencil pouch and backpack, and a logoed notebook and sticky note cube.
There are also Bell-themed leggings and scrunchies -- perfect for the just-rolled-out-of-bed-and-am-late-to-class undergrad look.
T-shirts, hooded sweatshirts, a sauce packet USB drive, and a fire sauce packet portable charger are part of the line, too. Prices range from $5 for the pens and pencils, to $85 for Diff x Taco Bell eyeglasses that are sure to lend wearers an eccentric (questionable?) academic style.
In recent years, fast-food chains have increasingly been trying to out-merch each other with seasonal and themed collections – a potential opportunity for promotional products distributors. Taco Bell has been no slouch in the swag-off, having recently released a summer collection, a holiday line, and wedding merch.
