PCNA Launches Loyalty & Rewards Program

Members of PCNA+ will receive escalating rewards, including special pricing and discounts as well as self-promo offers and themed sample boxes.

Who doesn’t like prizes?

Top 40 supplier PCNA (asi/66887) is banking on that notion with the launch of PCNA+, a new loyalty and rewards initiative. The exclusive program is aimed at providing small and medium distributors a suite of tools and resources designed to accelerate their business growth, according to the New Kensington, PA-based company.

PCNA said it has invested dedicated resources and leadership to support the new initiative, including Lisa Hamblet as vice president of sales and Stephanie Preston, as director of marketing and sales enablement.

Members of PCNA+ will enjoy escalating rewards, including special pricing and discounts on samples along with other perks that include self-promo offers and themed sample boxes. All members will receive access to exclusive webinars focused on how to maximize the program’s benefits. PCNA+ features four tiers with each level progressively unlocking additional benefits, according to the supplier.

“The launch of PCNA+ marks our commitment to the vibrant community of small and medium distributors who make up a critical part of our industry,” said CEO Neil Ringel, a member of Counselor’s Power 50 list. “As a leading supplier, we have a responsibility to ensure they have every opportunity to thrive in today’s competitive market.”

PCNA customers were notified of their program membership level in March and can view their status when logged on to the supplier’s website. For help logging in or setting up an account, distributors can visit PCNA’s user signup page.

PCNA is a wholly owned subsidiary of Polyconcept, a Europe-headquartered promo products supplier. The supplier operates Trimark, Leed’s, Bullet, JournalBooks, ETS Express (asi/51197) and Spoke Custom. Based on reported 2022 North American promotional product revenue of $857.3 million, PCNA ranked fourth on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest suppliers in the industry.
