Apparel supplier Cotton Heritage (asi/46778) is building up its leadership team with the appointment of Shanann Heaton as chief operating officer.

With more than 25 years of executive leadership experience, Heaton brings extensive expertise in business operations, supply chain management, distribution and organizational development, according to the supplier.

Most recently, Heaton served as COO of SAYN Beauty, and she’s held senior leadership roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific and iHerb. According to Cotton Heritage, Heaton is known for her hands-on, people-first leadership approach and “emphasizes collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement to drive meaningful results.”

In her new role, Heaton will focus on strengthening Cotton Heritage’s operational infrastructure, optimizing processes and supporting scalable growth.
