Juice Marketing (asi/237786) has tapped a couple of new VPs.

The distributor has hired Mandi Rudd to lead its events team, and Melanie Kermin to oversee enterprise accounts.

Rudd, Counselor’s 2025 Woman of Distinction, most recently served as director of new markets at Counselor Top 40 distributor Genumark (asi/204588), a certified B Corp. Prior to joining Genumark, she also founded her own distributorship, Brand Energy Marketing, which she operated from 2013 to 2024.

In her new role, Rudd will be tasked with driving client solutions for activations, experiential programs and fabrication projects – all of which have quickly grown in popularity across promo.

“We are beyond excited to have Mandi join the team,” said Lee Fine, co-founder and head of sales and strategy at Juice. “Her experience, creativity and industry expertise will be an incredible addition to Juice.”

Kermin, meanwhile, will join the leadership of the company’s enterprise accounts department, where she’ll spearhead the growth and management of strategic accounts. Most recently, she served as vice president of hospitality service and experience at LIV Golf. Before that, she spent more than 16 years with the Seattle Seahawks in various service roles focused on premium experience.

“[Melanie’s] ability to manage detail while keeping sight of the broader strategy will be a significant asset to Juice,” added Fine.
