ePromos Names Adam Rosenbaum President

Rosenbaum has leadership experience at multiple Top 40 distributors.

ePromos Promotional Products (asi/188515) has a new president.

The Top 40 distributor has named Adam Rosenbaum to the key C-Suite position. Rosenbaum was formerly chief strategy officer at Top 40 distributor BAMKO (asi/131431). Prior to that, he was chief operating officer/chief financial officer with Tangerine Promotions – a Top 40 firm, headed by the late industry great Steve Friedman, until being acquired by BAMKO in 2017.

“We are thrilled to welcome Adam to the ePromos family,” said Marc Puglisi, CEO and co-owner of ePromos. “He's a visionary with an impeccable track record and reputation of building and aligning teams and culture to that vision.”

ePromos noted that Rosenbaum was part of the executive team that helped power BAMKO to significant growth in recent years. The firm has quickly climbed Counselor’s Top 40 distributor rankings, and now is the eighth largest distributorship in the industry. Both a principal and CFO/COO at Tangerine since 2009, Rosenbaum helped that firm become a Top 40 company and rank as one of the industry’s fastest-growing distributorships in 2014.

At ePromos, Rosenbaum will lead the executive team and build on the organization's strategic growth. The firm said that “his proven expertise in market expansion, operational efficiency and sustainability, and client success aligns seamlessly with ePromos' goals for growth and innovation.”

Said Rosenbaum: “I am truly excited and honored to be part of the ePromos team. The company’s recent investments in technology, infrastructure and innovation have ePromos positioned for significant growth. I look forward to being part of such a highly regarded enterprise in our industry.”

Christine Puglisi, co-owner and chief marketing officer at ePromos, said that the firm has exciting plans for 2024 – something Rosenbaum will help bring to fruition. “We are confident that we are poised to scale,” said Christine Puglisi. “We anticipate groundbreaking developments and look forward to achieving new milestones together, shaping the future of ePromos.”

Marc and Christine Puglisi have owned ePromos since November 2019. A company spokesperson told ASI Media that, prior to Rosenbaum’s appointment, Marc Puglisi also held the position of president. He’s now taken on the role of chief executive officer as Rosenbaum comes aboard.

Based on reported 2022 North American promotional products revenue of $79.6 million, ePromos ranked 27th on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest distributors in the industry. The firm’s chief operating officer, Tamara Borello, is on Counselor’s 2023 Power List, a ranking of the most influential people in promo.
