Merged Firms Rebrand as ‘Dryvve,’ a $20 Million Distributorship

The new woman-owned, East Coast-headquartered business is the evolution of Consolidated Marketing Services and Progressive Promotions, principals said.

Executives say they’re coming to market with a $20 million, woman-owned promo powerhouse.

In January 2021, Massachusetts-based Consolidated Marketing Services (asi/154912) acquired Progressive Promotions, a New Jersey-based promotional products distributor.

Executives said the business relationship flourished, with mutual success following. Now, the companies are further solidifying their merger by coming under a single banner, rebranding as Dryvve.

Principals described the firm as a certified woman-owned (WBENC) distributorship which, across both companies that now function as one, produced more than $20 million in revenue in 2023.

The firm, whose new website is www.dryvve.com, has provided custom and e-commerce-based branded merchandise programs for Fortune 500 companies and institution-size nonprofit organizations, as well as an array of solutions for other clients.

Inclusivity is central to the business, executives said.

“As a WBENC-certified company, we empower women-owned businesses and foster a more equitable and inclusive business landscape,” said Charleen Smotrycz, founder of Consolidated Marketing Services and president of Dryvve. “We make that our priority by maintaining an active database of minority-owned suppliers and work with our clients to refer as much business as possible toward them, so each dollar spent qualifies for Tier 1 and Tier 2 diversity spend.”

Sustainability is a key consideration, too.

“Dryvve strives to positively impact the planet by offering sustainably sourced products and carbon-neutral shipping options,” the company said in a statement. “Dryvve also dedicates itself to supporting small, local businesses with exclusive product lines that can add special value to customers’ programs.”

A spokesperson told ASI Media that Dryvve is majority-owned by several female investors “with deep business experience.” Principals said the firm is now one of the largest certified woman-owned branded merchandise agencies in the United States.
