The National Restaurant Association Show comes to Chicago for four days this May as the restaurant industry draws up a game plan to survive the COVID-19 pandemic. Renowned chefs, mixologists, manufacturers and business leaders will provide strategies for how to move business forward while reimagining the restaurant experience as we know it. There will be a smorgasbord of networking opportunities and education sessions tackling topics such as operational best practices, consumer trends, culinary innovations, work force development and more. This year, the event has added The Beverage Room, a dedicated area of the show floor to learn about creative on- and off-premise revenue opportunities and see demos from mixology masters.
