Stahls’ Acquires Siser, Adds Heat-Transfer Vinyl Brand to Its Family of Companies
The move will allow the two companies to increase their joint focus on product innovation and industry education.
Key Takeaways
• Stahls’ (asi/88984) has acquired heat-transfer vinyl company Siser, expanding its portfolio of apparel-decoration products and technologies.
• Siser will continue to operate under its own name while collaborating with Stahls’ on innovation, customer support and global growth.
St. Clair Shores, MI-based Stahls’ (asi/88984) has acquired Siser, a heat-transfer vinyl (HTV) and accessories company, bringing the brand into its family of companies. Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.

Stahls’ and Siser already have a history of working together to support apparel decorators through product innovation, industry education and a commitment to customer success, the companies said. Last November, Stahls’ became an official distributor of Siser HTV products.
“This next phase of our relationship with Siser allows us to focus on innovation and helping decorators succeed,” said Carleen Gray, CEO of Stahls’, a member of the Counselor Power 50 and the 2025 Counselor International Person of the Year. “Together, we’re focused on delivering outstanding products, education and support while continuing to create new opportunities for our customers and the industry as a whole.”
The acquisition brings together complementary expertise in materials, decoration technologies, equipment and application solutions, Stahls’ noted. As part of the Stahls’ family of companies, Siser will continue to operate under its own name while collaborating with Stahls’ to advance innovation and drive growth across global markets.
