Now, Meyer will spearhead Thumbprint’s enterprise business development and lead its account executives.
“Kirk is exactly the kind of leader we’ve been looking for,” said Tom Rector, founder and CEO of Thumbprint and Counselor’s 2026 Distributor Entrepreneur of the Year. “He’s built an incredible reputation over the past 15 years – not only because of the brands he’s served, but also because of the way he’s served them. Kirk leads with integrity, treats people with respect and does the right thing even when no one is watching. Those qualities matter just as much to us as his business experience.”
Meyer, based in Dallas, began his promo career in business development at Havas Creative Network, and was a partner at Meyer Dunlap for 13 years. He spent five years as a strategic account director at HALO and was most recently an account director at Boundless Network. In his time in the industry, Meyer has worked on a slew of initiatives, from product launches, influencer campaigns and large-scale apparel programs to company stores and fulfillment projects, according to Thumbprint.
“Thumbprint has built something special,” Meyer said. “The company has created an incredible platform by combining technology, operational excellence and exceptional people. I’m excited to join a team that’s committed to challenging the status quo, serving clients at the highest level and continuing to build one of the most respected organizations in our industry.”
It’s been an active few months for Thumbprint’s personnel roster: The company, headquartered in Indianapolis with additional locations in Dallas and Orlando, welcomed Mark Hendrickson as director of technology late last year and promoted Jamie Frederickson to chief operating officer in May and Brandi Johnson and Brandon Holloway to vice president roles earlier this month.
