St Regis Group (asi/84592; Canada, 84595) has entered into a new partnership with The Yankee Candle Company, and will now offer Yankee Candle and Woodwick candle products to the promo industry in North America.

This 14.5-oz. candle (BDY1012) comes in eight scents, including Lilac Blossoms, French Vanilla and Sage & Citrus.

“The Yankee Candle brand is a true American success story and we’re incredibly excited to introduce their line of product to our customers,” Richard Firkser, president and CEO of the St Regis Group, said in a statement. “We see amazing potential for these premium brands, which are a perfect complement to our existing and growing collection of houseware and home décor products.”

Founded in 1969 by 16-year-old Mike Kittredge, who gifted his mother with a candle he made out of melted crayons, Yankee Candle now offers more than 600 candle fragrances and a variety of sizes.

In December, St Regis Group acquired the journal division of Delray Beach, FL-based The Book Company (asi/41010), which added nearly 200 products to St Regis’ product line.
